		<description><![CDATA[Have to say that video really made me cry. In answer to the question - I&#039;m not really sure right off hand what would be different about my leadership. However, one thing that occurs to me is that it could lead me to listen better to the story of the person I&#039;m helping, and try to meet their need where it is... e.g. customize leadership training so that it fits where they are, and the people that they are influencing... also to seek out the strengths that they are showing in their own situation, and encourage those strengths.]]></description>
